About our reviews
Corrections, Verification & Contact
How to request corrections, provide evidence, ask about award verification and contact the editorial team.
Request a correction #
Identify the article URL, the exact statement you believe is inaccurate and supporting evidence. The editorial team should check the evidence, correct material factual errors where appropriate and make substantial updates clear to readers. Disagreement with an opinion alone does not establish a factual error.
Provide review evidence #
Businesses and customers may submit evidence relevant to an assessment, including service details, documentation or links to public reviews. Submissions should be evaluated for relevance and reliability, and should not automatically alter an editorial verdict.
Award verification #
To verify an award and confirm that it belongs to the named organisation, contact Award Verification at SecuritySafetyReviewer.co.uk. Quote the organisation name, the three-digit Award ID and the twelve-digit verification code printed on the certificate. The issuing team should compare those identifiers with its retained award records. A certificate or code alone is not a substitute for that check.
Award applications #
For award applications, see the award application page, which provides the current application instructions and designated application contact details.
Governance enquiries #
For information about assessment standards and potential conflicts, consult our editorial standards and methodology pages. For factual corrections or additional evidence, use the procedures described above.
